The idea for an inclusive, Sensory Friendly Santa event was born in 2011, over lunch. Two attorneys sat and discussed their concern for the lack of community supports during the holiday season for children with developmental disabilities. Individuals like their son and older brother. Since then, the organization has served thousands of families through their grants program, Sensory Friendly Santa event and now their new Sensory Classroom initiatives.
