Board President, Sandy Santeiro, is a Bilingual, Educational Advocate and Master IEP Coach®. As the parent of an autistic young man, she understands firsthand how parents feel when navigating the often confusing world of special education. Sandy works with families of students in the public school setting that have learning disabilities, special needs, or other health care concerns. Through coaching, consulting, and attending school meetings, Sandy helps parents collaborate with school teams to create effective and meaningful education plans that will support students in the classroom and prepare them for further education, employment, and independent living.
Sandy, along with her husband Jorge, enjoys running and exploring the wonderful Tampa Bay area beaches and waterways on their paddleboards. She is also learning to adjust to the life of an 'empty-nester' now that their two kids are off at college.
Vice President Kelley Prince is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is the President and Founder of Behavioral Consulting of Tampa Bay, Inc. Kelley and the Santeiro family met when she was their son's ABA therapist. When they approached her with the idea of this foundation they were starting, she was immediately on board to help collaborate and provide guidance on keeping their planned events Sensory Friendly as possible.
Kelley is the proud mom of Carson and Owen and loves spending time at their ball games, fishing, and boating.
